Instructions:

Click above for the item you want to receive information on.
Next, you can look at any of the posted items and link to the information.
Finally, if you want to stay updated, click "Subscribe to this feed" at the top of the screen.
   Name the Feed if not already named in the pop up.
   Normally you will create it in the Feeds Folder but you can save it elsewhere.
   Click Subscribe

To access the Feed click in the top left of your browser for your favoriates any time.
Now click and then or whatever name you gave your feed to read the updates.

No longer will you be blasted by email that ends up in your junk box and you never find it. Now you can just access your Blog for the items you want. If you add your feeds to Google Desktop or other services like AOL, MSN or Yahoo you will receive instant notification when there are changes to items YOU want to know about. You can unsubscribe at any time individually by right clicking the feed name you created and click delete.
